Cerveza Domus® nació en el año 2007 de la mano de Fernando Campoy. Una cerveza 100% artesana que cada año incrementa su crecimiento y producción de forma exponencial, siendo a día de hoy un referente nacional e internacional en el sector craft.
No es sólo un emprendedor ni tampoco un maestro cervecero. Su historia es una historia de éxito fundamentada desde una auténtica pasión hacia el producto que elabora.
Bioquímico de formación y profesor de matemáticas, fue durante la preparación de unas oposiciones para inspector de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha cuando cayó en la magia del mundo de la cerveza. Era un momento donde en nuestro país no había microcervecerías y el fenómeno homebrewer era aún muy incipiente. Sin apenas medios económicos ni materiales, empezó a investigar y a jugar en casa para sacar adelante el temario.
En 2007, después de estudiar y practicar mucho, y habiendo contactado con diferentes maestros cerveceros mundiales, decidió montar la matriz de la actual Cervezas Domus.

Presente en la mayoría de capitales de provincia, ha ido ampliando su radio de acción en todo el territorio nacional. A nivel internacional Domus® ha entrado con éxito en el exigente mercado italiano y asiático, además de tener presencia en los mejores restaurantes de Nueva York donde es reconocida por aportar un carácter autóctono y personal al producto.

Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen.[ As Domus Don Qui-Porter ].Unclear - hazy medium to dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, sugart, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dak malt, toffee, sugary, sweet malt, light roasted, has a sharp flavor i assume is the grape. IMO: I did not work for me .. to toffee - sugary sweet and grape sharp .. just odd for me ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20181201] 6-3-5-3-11

EU local swap 1/19, danke teddybeer. Schokoladiger Beginn mit viel Kakao, Röstnoten, deutliche Bitterkeit. Dunkel malzig, trocken, die Bitterkeit fährt zurück. Erkennbar alkoholisch, brotig, langer malziger Nachgeschmack. 9/11/12/12/8/12

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. MOderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Color rojiza oscuro, casi marrón con espuma ligeramente tostada. Aroma maltoso, con notas leves a caramelo y especias. Sabor con ligero amargor, tostado, toffee. Final maltoso, ligeramente dulce y especiado.

Casi negra de abundante espuma cremosa consistente, buen aspecto. Delicado aroma a chocolate, notas de vainilla. Olsosa en boca, con cuerpo, densa. Excelente sabor, predominio de chocolate, notas ahumadas, madera, licor. Sabrosa, bien de gas, se mastica. Se saborea y se disfruta durante y después del trago. Muy conseguida.

Hazy golden color, white head, good retention. Aroma is light herbal with some resins. Flavor with a light bitterness, some grapefruit. Light bittery final, dry mouthfeel.

Tasted @ Oktoberfest Artesana Colmenar
Hazy Golden color, White head with good retention. Aroma is slightly citrusy, herbal with notes of pineapple. Flavor with a decent bitterness, notes of pineapple and pear. Bittery final with citrus notes.
