Pour is a murky looking tan with a large white head. Aroma is a peach hop with a strong caramel malt. Flavor is a very mild hop with some caramel with no bitterness or any kind of after taste. The bottled date is 6/13/17 and once I poured this I knew this was a bad or infected bottle. It does not taste infected so something must have happened to it along the way. Way too sickly looking and the hops have faded.

Pour is a motor oil black with very little head. Aroma is a nice equal parts roasted malt and blueberry. Flavor is another decent blast of blueberry and I guess the cinnamon added is leaving a nice sweetness. Like most blueberry stouts this taste was like blueberry pancakes. A bit thin considering the look of the pour but this was quite flavorful.

Bottle. A- Sweet potato, nutmeg, cinnamon, subtle vanilla. A- Reddish orange color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Spice, sweet potato, musty, pond water. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, unbalanced finish. O- Yuck. This tasted like sewer water. Naturally, I paired it with a baked sweet potato loaded with maple, marshmallow, and brown sugar. Even that couldn’t help the taste on this one.

Obtained in a 12 oz. bottle. It delivers a dark chocolate brown body with a dark tan head, fairly low carbonation. It definitely smells and tastes of coffee. Burnt oak flavor on the tongue and I also get molasses along with a touch of sweetness. It gets better as you go along. It appears I am spoiled by imperial stouts and my ventures into regulars or oatmeals do not go well. My bottle was labeled as having 5.4% ABV. No hint of it. I think it would be better at the listed 6.5%

My first try out of a beer club delivery. I do not think a blonde ale is high on my list to buy but let’s give it a shot. Actually it pours nicely, a straw yellow with a bubbly white foam that recedes promptly but does leave a nice lace on the glass. I scent hay and not much more. The taste is a little citrus and then some grain. Palate is decently all right with a small bitterness lingering for awhile as a finish. Nothing wow, not expected. This is more a summer drink ice cold after mowing the yard.

12oz bottle. Poured a nearly motor oil black, but it’s not as thick as it looks. Fast dissipating head. Aroma is light mocha notes, some bitter dark chocolate in there, roasted malts. Flavor was roasted malt notes, mild coffee. A touch thin on the mouthfeel, but the lower ABV helps.

12oz ottle that my Aunts gifted me when they came to my wedding. Poured a orange color with a small white head. Aroma was nice light citrus. Nice floral notes, touch of citrus, very mild pine. Kind of standard, but very drinkable.

Bottle. A- Coffee, chocolate sauce, slightly sweet. A- Black color, dark liquid, brown head. T- Coffee, roasty, cream, slightly sweet, subtle cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- Grabbed this bottle with no knowledge of the brewery or beer. I was pleasantly surprised with the liquid inside. A very balanced and tasty coffee beer. Maybe a touch thin on the body, but overall good.
