Nice sexy little bottle thanks to Doug. Pours out a honey color no head. Nose is great sweet honey and lots of apple. Taste is more of the sweetness and apples very tasty.

A dark golden cider with aroma of sweet apple, light tartness and mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam with light acidity and mineral notes, light maple, alcohol warmth, nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.

The color is red-copper. Aroma of apple crumble pie, sweet, caramelly. Sweet apple juice, with light acidity and light astringency.
Not the most complex one, lacking some alcohol punch, but fairly pleasant.

Bottle, pours a clear golden orange with no head. Nose brings out apple butterscotch, not much else. Flavour is very smooth, with loads of apple butterscotch upfront, with caramelized sugar in back, and a touch of molasses. It sort of burns a bit, despite only being 6.9% -- just like a typical ice cider. A lovely surprise. Not exceedingly complex, but still very nice.
