Deep amber colour. Aroma of stewed apples, some acidity, cider, wax. Full bodied, sweet, with balanced acidity; stewed apples, and caramel.

375ml (thx, Matheu A.!) shared with Alex @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear dark copper with no head. Aroma: sweet with some acidity, red apples, apple seeds. Taste: nice body, sweet with a nice little acidity, round, caramel, intense and prominent. Overall: very nice.

Bottle sample at Mondial des Cidres, pours a clear bright bronze. Aroma brings out spiced caramel apple, brown sugar and some toffee. Flavour is remarkably complex, with spiced caramel, brown sugar, and treacle toffee. There's an unreal depth here. Amazing.
