Bottle sample at Mondial des Cidres, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma brings out caramel-covered apples, gentle toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is decadent, with treacle toffee, brown sugar and caramel apples. Sweet but not cloying. Wonderfully done.

Bottle from my local hipster market in Bedstuy. Baby Duvel tulip. Glug, glug, glug... syrupy foam. Clear & sort of a maple color. Smells like okay cider: acidic, bittersweet, macerated fruit. Backsweetened? Creamy, half tart & quite apple-y. Agave sweetness. Lingering bite that is quite nice. Underfermented & too juice-like though. Way too much Mott's. Sticky & flabby. Why is this rated so high?

Found at a local Metro store. Pours a clear, very light yellow-gold colour with a fizzy head that dissipates quite quickly. No lace of course. Aromas are mild, but with real pressed apples. The taste is quite mild as well. Not syrupy, not sweet, just a little fruity. There is a tad hops in there changing slightly the taste. Still not too dry as some ciders, especially with the dry hopping. Interesting, but nothing to go back to.

Bottle: Clear, still, deep amber...... wonderful, fresh and juicy red apple aroma. Taste is pure, sweet red apples.....a bit of melon. It's like drinking baked apples.....superb body and a TON of flavour. WOW.....this one is fantastic..... Easily the most impressed I've ever been with a cider.....

Refrigerated 375 ml clear bottle corked poured into a white wine glass. Clear Amber with very little off-white head, no carbonation, medium/thick body, and very little lacing. Taste is rich semi-sweet apples and honey. Very nice cider.

Bottle - Cooked and caramel apple. Clear gold. Red apple peel, some decent acidity and cooked Apple. Acidity is pretty prominent, but it overwhelms the flavours a bit.
