Golden color, bright light. Nice apple juice aroma. Sweet body, moderate acidity, nice apple flavor; clean, not the most complex one, but very good.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel golden with a small ring of white head. Aroma brings out lots of treacle toffee, caramel, and candied sugar. Flavour brings out lots of treacle toffee, sweet red apples, and candied sugar. There is perhaps an above average alcohol burn on the finish. Not the most complex ice cider out there, but certainly well-made. Excellent.

Golden amber. Viscous. Rich brown sugar, with a lot of apple. Lively body, quite appley with nice acidity. Just a touch of that brown sugar note. Superb balance with the richness of a good ice cider but such a nice, bright acidity and full apple flavour. Truly excellent.

A reddish copper cider with aroma of sweet apple, honey, maple, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam, light acidity, alcohol warmth, tart and lemony notes, very nice and complex. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light vanilla, tropical fruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice, with light chalky character, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, pleasant. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

Bottle: Poured a clear brown color cider. Aroma of light apple notes with quite a bit of crème brulée notes really apparent. Taste is a mix of sweet apple pie with again some very dominant crème brulée notes. Body is about average. Good drink but the crème brulée notes are too powerful too drink too much of this cider.

Really nice dessert cider. Deep focused sweetness, very juicy, rich. Maybe a hint of cinnamon but mostly a nice pure concentrated apple goodness. Maybe it doesn’t have the intensity and depth of an ice cider, but its good enough as it is, esp for dessert, and a great price point.

Bouteille 375ml. Couleur dorée pâle translucide, très léger film sur les parois du verre ainsi qu’à la surface. Arôme de pomme cuite, pelure de pomme, alcool, soupçon d’érable, un petit quelque chose de "off". Goût de jus de pomme, côté un peu chimique, légère acidité, sucré moyen. corps moyen.

Nice sexy little bottle thanks to Doug. Pours out a honey color no head. Nose is great sweet honey and lots of apple. Taste is more of the sweetness and apples very tasty.
