Sampled from the tap at the Bungalow. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some sour kumquat supported by straw and a bit of vanilla underlying. Flavor has an interesting combination of creamy vanilla and tart kumquat with some straw backing.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is some tart yeast funk with some honey. Flavor is more of a neutral malt with a little fruity funk with a bland finish. Kind of going on the right direction but fell a little flat with some light yeast presence. Needs a little more oomph.

16oz can. Caramel brown body. Kind of an oddball. Ten Ninety doesn't seem like a place I would want my beer brewed at. Inexpert brewing. An unenjoyable aroma. Assumably this was blended because one or two of the batches were off? Unique enough, but doesn't really nail it at all.

Can. Light biscuit malt and orange peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet lime, orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Okay body. Good - citrusy and hoppy for a cream ale.

Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours gold with a large white head. Mild pepper/spice aroma. Med body - thanks to rather firm carbonation. Flavor is "witish", and the pepper is rather strong - strong enough to pretty much kill any citrus, banana, clove or coriander. Well maybe not the clove. Still it's an interesting beer. Compared with Ommegang's Winter is Here, I'd say it's over peppered. Quite enjoyable tho.

Bottle from Cap Tap. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white head. Aroma is very interesting. Fruit and spice - not at all typical Wit. Med body, almost. Flavor is ginger/apricot or vice versa. Not getting yeast or banana - flavors are strong here, so likely obscured. But the flavor is really my kind of thing. Ginger! Apricot! Yum.

Shared 12.7 oz. bottle. Murky copper copper with an almost non-existent off-white head. Aroma of tart fruit. Taste is tart fruit, blueberries, vinous notes, oak, tannins. Decent.
