Caña en el Lupulo 08..01..2016. IX Aniversario lupulo. (r27). Color amarillento algo turbio con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores cereales con ciertos toques cítricos y piel de naranja amarga. Cuerpo ligero a medio 5.1 vol. Buena con buen sabor y muy ligero amargo final para el estilo. Refrescante.

Negra opaca, de escasa aroma beige. Aroma complejo, con chocolate y notas herbales. El sabor tiene base clara de chocolate, muy predominante. Según va avanzando evoluciona hacia un amargor herbal importante, en un conjunto que combina perfectamente y acaba en un sensacional postgusto algo licórico con rico chocolate y un amargor relevante.

Ambar, marrón clara, consistente en el color y en la turbidez. Dos de dedos de espuma bonita. Aroma lupulado, herbal, pino, alguna nota láctea. Cremosa en boca, de agradable textura y buen punto de gas, con cuerpo moderado. Sabor lupulado, aunque hay base acaramelada de fondo. Algo de fruta tropical, y tono amargo herbal. Bastante al final. Sabrosa, bebible, bastante buena.
