Tap @ La vache folle. Hazy copper colour, fluffy white head. Nose is caramel, fruity, bit of resin. Flavour is malty, grainy, bit of caramel, fruity hops, fairly bitter.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a deep amber with a slight haze and a white head. Very intense aroma of Sorachi Ace - dominating the nose completely, yummy. Light in body only, very dry, again completely dominated by the Sorachi flavour wise. Ends dry but not very bitter making it very quaffable if not exactly complex. And the SR just adds to the enjoyment..... 220816

Pours unclear yellowblonde. OK white head. Smell is a bit buttery. Taste is intense, bitter, spiced. grainy back. Bit sharp, minthy ( reminding of toothpaste ) notes in the back. Too weird for me

Pours unclear yellowblonde. OK white head. Smell is bit bitter, rather dry, but some grains as well. Taste is intense, bit sweet in the back. Hoppy start, than goes over in a balanced, gentle, clear spicyness . very nice, I love the balance, without it losing in intensity. Nice MF

Pours nearly black, small grey head. Smell is creamy, black malts, bit bitter. Taste is intense, dark malts, grainy, somewhat bitter. Not very hoparomatic though.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a small, off-white head. Nose has a little sharp cat pee from the Galaxy, a hop that can be both super delicious and challenging. Medium-bodied, malty alright, but not really caramellish sweet, the solid hops kinda prevents that. A decent Amber - to the hoppy side. 030816

33 cl bottl. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Breadish and roasted dark malty. Roasted, smooth, dark malty and breadish, chocolate. Bitter and roasted dark malty finish.

7th July 2016. OnTap in 2d2d Barcelona during the RBESG. Misty, hazy golden pour with a weak white head. Oranges and apricots in the aroma, semi-sweet molasses in the taste complimented the fruitiness, although overall I thought this a little bland compared to the other beers we were tasting around it.
