At a tasting, thanks, treacly pour, small stable creamy head, opaque dark brown color, green and roasted coffee aroma with dark toasted bread and dark chocolate cake, flavor of dark bread, smoke and some dark fruitiness, lingering fruity sourness, suprisingly light bodied, Very enjoyable and easy to drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks troubles. Black with a light brown head. Aroma of roast, some chocolate, coffee, a licorice note. Bittersweet flavor with chocolate, roast, some coffee, a bit of caramel, a fruity note and a bitterish touch. Rounded mouthfeel. Very good.

This stout is in all respects like tasting espresso coffee: colour is dark brown, almost black; head is moka. Aroma is espresso and a hint of citrus; taste is sheer bitter accompanied by a long finish with notes of... coffee. Try matching it with coffee, it’ll do great.

Botella de 33 cl en el momento en el kraken el 27-03-2015. (R36) lote 146 hasta 05-2016. color marrón turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Aromas y sabores suaves y ligeros. Toques afrutados y ligero amargo. No esta mal, una sorpresa.
