Pigs Ear. Bottle. Hazy amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Light mineral crispness. Smooth malt, little cream. Light and airy. Really well balanced fresh piney and fruity hops. Finishes smooth and light.

Pigs Ear. The Round Church, Hackney. Bottle from the Foreign bar. Almost cloudy gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, semi dry with fine carbonation. Light malt, sweet and slightly wheaty. A little sweet orange with lesser tropical fruits. Finishes light, crisp and dry. Good stuff.

Nice cream in the light thin malt. Good seltzer - hops. Lemony, almost sour. Lesser genric citrus. Crispy dry finish. Tasty and very drinkable.

Bottle. Pale and hazy golden colour with an off-white head with good duration and nice lacework. Aroma is citrus, strong grapefruit and pine. Flavor is very fruity, mainly diminated by grapefruit, citrus and peach. The final is dominated by hops with a strong bitterness with medium duration.
