Draught @ District Brew Yards, Chicago (Aug 2023). Hazy reddish dark yellow-amber, large foamy beige head, caramel-honey aroma, medium carbonation, bitter caramel malt taste with faint honey flavor, smooth body, long bitter finish. Good ESB, but could be a bit more bitter to be in character.

Draught @ District Brew Yards, Chicago (Aug 2023). Hazy lemon yellow with a very small frothy off-white head that flops fast, citrus-pineapple aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter unripe mango-citrus-pineapple taste, thin smooth body, long juicy finish. Smooth and juicy.

Draught @ District Brew Yards, Chicago (August 2023). Clear dark yellow-amber with a minimal frothy off-white head, very faint piney aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter orange peel taste with caramel flavor, thin body, long caramel finish. Smooth West Coast style IPA.

Hazy red, small, foamy, pink head. Aroma of blueberry jam, cassis juice, raspberry, lemon. Taste has sour blue- and blackberry, sweetish jam and yoghurty maltiness, bit lemony. Tart finish with acidic berry peels. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Fruity and acidic but balanced.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours near black with a earthy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has rye and earthy roast with touch of chocolate and dark grain backing. Flavor has dark grain and chocolate with earthy roast and a bit of rye in the finish.
