Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a clear gold with a slight yellow hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light grapefruit and bread with a hint of botanicals underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with bright grapefruit and a hint of botanicals in the finish.

Enjoyed on tap at Twisted Hippo on a cool fall October afternoon. Pitch black, light chocolate aroma, semi sweet with light yeast notes. Overall pleasant.

Bottle. Pours pink pink white head. Nose and taste of beets, pine, toasted grain and sweet veggies. Medium body. Not a kolsch. This should probably be spice/herb/vegetable. Pretty good though.
