Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright yellow-amber color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was faint with notes of perfume and citrus. The flavor was malty with cracker and faint vague fruity hops. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Dark with a beige head. Full of chocolate, toasted and roasted malts, sweet, caramel, light oats. Full bodied. A "simple" oatmeal milk stout but a very well-crafted one, too.

This brew pours a clear copper-brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, oak and fruit. Medium to full body with flavors of vinous oak, grainy malt and earthy hops. The finish is malty and oaky. Seems a little disjointed overall but decent.
