Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper amber with an off white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light pine and grass with a nice rye bite underlying. Flavor has a nice rye note throughout with bitter pine and a sharp grass note.

Aroma has a boozy rye and dark grain combination with a hint of stone fruit and a nice roast supporting. Flavor has dark grains, dates and stone fruits with a nice rye barrel and a growing roast note.
