Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Crowler/Can, Very hazy light yellow color. Looks nice. Smells great! Light tartness, good lemon aromas. Flavor is on point. I get a light salad like herbal flavor at the end, salt is light, there’s even some kiwi in here as well. This is really good.

16 oz. can in a trade with Willrunforbeer. Turbid dark golden / straw in color. Aroma is spicy yeast, light earthy pine, fruit.

Flavor has a yeast base that is finished with a nice note of lingering spruce. Mild hints of fruit. Body is medium with a soft carbonation level. I like this slightly more than the Ella hopped version.

16 oz can in a trade with Willrunforbeer. Turbid dark golden / straw in color. Aroma is yeast, grain, musty basement and light hops.

Flavor is yeast and grain at the front of the sip with fruity hops in the finish. The body is medium with a dry texture. Not a traditional saison with the elevated hop profile. However, it is easy to drink. I drained the can very easy.
