Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Can from Bert’s Better Beers Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Lemony citrus coriander bready malt on the nose with a faint fruitiness if I squint. Faint berry flavor up front with more of the lemony spice and sweet bread that you expect from a wit. There’s an odd ashy tobacco note towards the end of the palette that is a bit distracting. Decent beer.

Draft at WHYM Hazy murky deep golden with a decent bubbly white head. Sweet bready light caramel maltiness with some pine and citrus and a weird smokey thing that may be Mandarina Bavaria hops. Light bitter astringency. Drinking through the portfolio I am becoming less impressed with this brewery.

16 oz. can with a date of 8/18/2016. Was lactose added to this IPA?? I am very glad I read thepatrickmam’s review! It smells nice but lactose would destroy my stomach.

Also, I could figure out what the strange note in the flavor was. The sweetness is overwhelming and the lactose does make sense. I guess the Brewer was aiming for the popularity of the "milkshake IPA’s" that Tired Hands has brewed recently. I am so happy to have a New Hampshire reviewer having sampled this before me to save me from a very unpleasant experience. Cheers Patrick!

16 oz. can from Prost, North Hampton, NH. Canning date of 8-17-16. Unclear orange in color with thin lasting head. Nose is mild fruit (peach and tropical fruit) and a earthy hop note.

Flavor is light / medium sweet from the fruit and then leads into a mild earth and herbal tones. The earthy notes lingers after the sip just slightly. Moderate bitterness that does not overwhelm the palate. Light Brewers yeast is also noticeable. Body is medium with proper level of carbonation. Pretty easy drinking.

Can from Bert’s Hazy deep yellow color with a huge frothy bubbly white head that persists. Odd aroma, its dank almost skunky with bitter butterscotch. The taste is big sweet bready toasty maltiness with bits of resinous pine and a just a hint of diacetyl that is a bit distracting. Not what I normally expect from Garrison, a little disappointing.

Draft at Tuckaway Tavern. Tulip shows a hazy orange color, no head. Nose is fruity Belgian yeast, pepper and hay.

Flavor is classic for the style and real pleasing. Notes of yeast, honey, black pepper and some light citrus hints. Medium-bodied with a mouthfeel turning into a dry texture. Nicely constructed and crafted.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy light golden color. Earthy spicy peppery nose with just a bit of bready maltiness and light funky yeastiness. Pretty damn good Farmhouse ale.

16 oz. can purchased at the brewery. Canned on 5/26/2016. Murkiest bright golden color with full lasting carbonation. Aroma is juicy with tropical fruits, unripe fruits, and pine.

The flavor is a very nice balance of fruits and pine. Juicy texture in the center. The bitterness is low and only really shows after the brew is real warm. Medium bodied and extraordinarily balanced. This is some very nice hop juice.
