Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Brewery draught, 12/6/25, as pictured.
Big, slightly piney hops with some twang to it. Pineapple and mango with bready malts galore. Not boozey or resinous, but very intense.
There's some lighter orange and tangerine here from the Citra, but I'm getting almost nothing interesting from the Nelson and the I7 just seems drowned out by the bread and pine. Very twangy with moderate pineapple. Very forceful and too much bread and twang. Difficult to drink for me.

Leafy, peppery, earthy nose with a bit of passion fruit and pineapple to lighten things. Medium malt tones with honey, light biscuit and some cracker on the clean, peppery, spicy finish.
Malty and fruity with pineapple and earthiness leading to a pretty nicely-attenuated finish. Honey, biscuit, mild herbal spice, fair bit of tropical fruit...

Bright and spicy, but not overspiced. Lots of mineral-like character with rich honey and dough to balance. Still manages some good crisp, attenuated character on the finish.
Similar flavor with the rosemary apparent but not overdone, which is no small task. Richly-malted but drying out nicely on the peppery, lightly bready finish.

Brewery draught, 12/6/25.
Mostly clear, light amber with a frothy, off-white head.
Minimally smokey, though it's tastefully there. Low maple, certainly nothing big and sweet here. Spicing is light, as well. Lots of bready malt and mineral.
Soft, gently malty, gently smokey. Great balance all-around and with tasteful adjuncts.

8 oz draft. Aroma is bolder pineapple with mild cracker malts. Flavor follows with a very mild note of citrus bitterness. I mean, it’s well crafted, but kinda along the normal things you’ll find for the style.

8 oz draft. Aroma shows mild acid with lemon peel. Pink guava fruit is pretty bold. Mild expired OJ, or super acidic OJ. Sourness is low and more tart. That certainly is different. I like it!

8 oz draft. Aroma of coffee, earthy grain, brown bread. Flavor follows with a mild grapefruit peel bitterness. Another well balanced brew from this Brewer.

8 oz draft. Aroma of mango, bubble gum, cracker malt. Flavor has very muted tropical fruit. Not the brewers fault. I just think it is just the hop variety. Overall, still clean and drinkable.

8 oz draft. Crystal clear yellows. Totally see through. Aroma is more soft herb rather than pine. Flavor follows with a mild herb character. Thankfully, no pine. Pretty refreshing.
