Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Heavy haze. Blonde-golden. Mango, tropical fruit and salt. Biscuit, mild lactic funk. Pink guava is juicy, tart pineapple and mango spice. Malty but dry. Juicy and refreshing with light salt and vanilla.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, creamy, white head. Pineapple is heavy but not punchy. Other lighter, random tropical fruits with biscuit and cracker. Clean. Soft, juicy, lots of pineapple, papaya, mango, that sort of thing. Kind of getting a bit bready and punchy but not too much so. Soft and malty, good dryness.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Clear light brass. Small, white head. Peppery-floral, nutty. Clean, mildly fruity. Soft, peppery, honey-like malt and a honey and melon fruity undertone. Interesting floral character. Very dry but not thin for its size. A bit breadier than I'd prefer but still a well-done saison without any crude esters/phenols, for the most part.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Very clear brass. Small, white head, good retention. Pine and sweat with bread and caramel. Pine and fruity yellow fruit notes. Round, sweet, malty, medium dry. Balanced, though still featuring lots of pine and a healthy bitterness.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Dark, clear. Small, white head. Chocolate biscuits, cracker, some bread and tannin. Clean, malty, but with kind of a soapy bitterness. But the malt and attenuation is great. Lingering grapefruit, caramel and chocolate.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Clear blonde-brass. Small, white head. Clean, clear soft and full of pillowy honey-like malt. Crisp mineral-rich lager yeast. Bready, salty, rich, tons of sourdough and rich, tangy, herbal hops. Wish it was more mellow and clear like the nose. Lingering strong sourdough and bracing bitterness.

Brewery draught, 10/20/24. Hazy bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head steadily to light cover. Melon, pineapple, light bubblegum and biscuit/dough. Kinda punchy. Orange, pine, melon, kinda punchy pineapple. Cracker and biscuit. Very dry, but not thin. Clean and bright but I don't love the somewhat punchy pineapple and woody pine.

Brewery draught, 8/4/24. Heavily hazy, bright flax. Off-white head is thick and creamy. Soft but deep citrus juice. Bit of spicy hop and soft, white bread and biscuit from the malt. Very clean, no resin. Big and juicy, tropical, hints of pine and papaya. Very spicy but not too bitter. Malty with strong biscuit and white bread. Good attenuation. Pineapple and orange rind lingering. Good balance, amply bitter.

Brewery draught, 8/4/24. Peachy-rose. Moderately hazy. Small, off-white head. Juicy, tart fruits with tropical notes and a healthy dose of soft vanilla. Clean, not too much lactose. Soft, juicy, tart and full of soft vanilla. Lighter bodied with biscuity, nutty notes. Dry. Clean, balanced.
