Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Brewery draught, 8/4/24. Now billed as a Small NEIPA. Moderately hazy, blonde-lemon-brass. Small, white head. Juicy with a light pine and pineapple edge. Good citrus with biscuit and cracker. Clean and aromatic. Soft and juicy with a bit of fresh tangerine and almost a minty character. Deep malts, good attenuation. Lingering pine and grapefruit rind. Bit of tea in there from the I7.

Brewery draught, 8/4/24. Thoroughly hazy, bright blonde-golden. Small, white head. Lovely, lovely nose with juicy hops and big, estery yeast. Biscuit and light honey-like malt gently supports. Clean. Juicy fresh squeezed orange with light white wine, mineral, light sulfur. Soft, pillowy, malty, well-attenuated. Absolutely bitchin.

16 oz. Draft at Street. Portsmouth. Aroma is apricot purée and soft lactic acid. Plenty of apricot purée with a very mild Lynn Green lactic finish. Extremely approachable sour ale.

Draught at Street, 1/21/23. Lightly cloudy bright blood orange colored. Little/no head. Juicy, tart, lactic (minimally) tons of pure fruit goodness and wheaty malts to easily balance. Clean, no alcohol, no lactose! Thank f-in God, no lactose! Juicy, rich very fruity forward without much lactic character, though also quite nicely dry and pleasingly tart. Not a fan of kettle sours but this was so well-done.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque black (garnet at the bottom of the glass) with light sparkle, finger-width, ephemeral fizzy light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, vanilla, cacao and marshmallow. Taste is strong vanilla, roasted malt and lactose. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation but with fizzy kick at the end, and finish as taste. Overall, aroma hits all the highlights but taste gets dominated by the vanilla and lactose.

16 oz. Can. Aroma and flavor are a match. Orange, straw with a soft malt backbone. Pine / stinky weed provided a mild bitterness. Light / soft body. Very well balanced. Quite good!

8 oz. Draft. Flavor shows me melon, citrus, and the lightest hint of tea. Texture is dry with a soft herb finish. Refreshing and enjoyable.
