Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

8 oz. Tons of flavor. Melon, orange, peach, and a mild citrus pith. Alcohol is hidden. Smooth texture and zero bitterness. It never gets overly sweet which can happen with any beer that has this much more in the recipe. Finely crafted and wonderful!

8 ounce draft at the source. Aromas mostly ginger. Accurate description of butternut squash, ginger, and herbal roots. The yeast with the herbs balance is pretty nicely. I enjoyed this!

8 oz draft at the source. Flavor shows mild stone fruit with a herbal astringent finish. Almost like a raw hop cone. Not harsh at all. Different.

Pours deep brown into an English pint. Tan head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Dark chocolate, soy and pepper aromas. Soft with sweet licorice, soy and chocolate upfront turning to spicy habanero, cinnamon, vanilla and brownie edges in the slick, lasting finish.

16oz can pours a starchy yellow gold with some soapy white head. Nose has big raw pineapple, herbs, perfume, some melon. Flavor is straight pineapple and herbs, basil seed tonic, even some banana or maybe coconut creme. Weird. Pulpy finish, no bitterness. The coconut comes out more sip after sip.
