Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.
Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Pours murky deep golden brown into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Matcha and melon aromas. Soft with sweet green team and rice upfront turning to overripe melon and mango before the medium length pine and peel finish. Tastes better than it looks!

16oz pours a pulpy orange with a thick cap of white head. Nose is earthy, orange, herbs, malt, potpourri. Flavor is more orange and grapefruit than anything, biscuity malt pins things down. Idaho 7 just ain't my hop. Finishes medium bodied, dry and bitter. 6 4 6 3 12

Pint at the brewery pours a pulpy neon orange with a ring of white head. Nose has mango and grapefruit, tangerine, lime. Flavor is very fruity and lots of citrus. Bitter and full bodied finish. This was the least impressive of the group I had. 8 3 7 3 13

Can (4/13/21) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with trace sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger width off-white foamy head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is strong mix of sweet and tart orange, tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, foamy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering yeasty light bitterness. Overall, aroma is subdued and am not super high on the tart quality in the taste. Not great for a NEIPA--just OK.

Can (3/30/21) from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a cloudy, dark yellow with nice sparkle, 4-finger(!) width white frothy foam head with poor retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong apricot, citrus and lighter pineapple. Taste is strong apricot and tangerine. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste with mild bitterness. Overall, nice juicy aroma and flavor with fair complexity. Decent.
