Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Can (2/16/21) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque, dull purple with tons of sparkle, finger-width off-white fizzy head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet citrus and blueberry. Taste is initial blueberry and citrus dominated late by strong pepper spice and yeast. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, moderately strong pepper heat and crisp finish as taste. Overall, though I like peppers and I like blueberries, I don't like them together (although this is the first opportunity I had to explore this). Pepper spice and heat is too dominant and they don't complement each other well.

16 oz. can. Can date: 03/16/21. Aroma is cocoa, soft peppers, mild ash. Flavor has mild cocoa, cinnamon, and soft vanilla. The spicy pepper is found lingering in the finish. The body is a tad lean but the mouthfeel is smooth. Exactly as expected.

Can (3/6/21) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a deeply hazy yellow with trace sparkle, 3-finger frothy foamy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong orange (but like an extract or artificial note) over milder mocha; some vanilla as it warms. Taste is initial mellow mocha that is bludgeoned by over-the-top sweet orange that's far too intense to feel natural and then ends slightly tart. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and more balanced finish than main flavor. Overall, am usually a big fan of white stouts. But, this is a Terry's Chocolate Orange gone off the rails. Orange is too intense and inorganic. Needs to be reworked.

16 oz. can. Date of 02/16/21. Interesting near purple color. Aroma shows soft natural blueberry and citrus. The berry starts the flavor and transitions to a soft smoky spicy pepper in the finish. The habanero is definitely smoky. As I get to the end of the pint, the habanero stacks up. Still good balance.

16 oz. can. Date of 03/06/21. Aroma is orange and mild mocha. Flavor starts with orange transitions into mocha and ends on some bitter coffee. Medium body with a smooth texture. The bitter coffee should balance this brew but... to me it is just a little off putting.

Pours murky deep gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Hot pine and weed aromas. Soft with resin and pine upfront turning to citrus pith and peel then sweet treacle before a lasting pith finish.

Can (11/2/20) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! Appearance is opaque orange-dark yellow with minimal sparkle, finger-plus width white foamy head with excellent retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aroma is moderately strong citrus and vegetal/herbal. Taste is strong vegetal/herbal, grape and grains. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and mostly grainy finish as taste. Overall, not the most complex beer but competent all around with an interesting hop pairing.
