Pours clear, bubbly, gold with a tall, chunky white head. Aroma is grain, malt. Taste is malty, grainy, cardboard, water. Very carbonated. Drinkable for what it is...just don’t expect much.....fairly typical of style and origin.

From a 33 cl bottle shared in Avon NC. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Malty aroma with notes of corn. Flavor is pretty inoffensive, with some hop bitterness sneaking through the sweet malt. Medium mouthfeel with an astringent finish.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, sweet malt, vegetables. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Medium white head. Clear yellow body with carbonation. Light strawy toffee aroma, very weak. Dryish papery fruity taste with strawy notes. Light body. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry dusty papery aftertaste with strawy earthy notes. It’s not bad, but low on flavour. (0.33l bottle from some supermarket in Hong Kong.)

330 mL bottle. Dark brown, with a little ruby notes and a small, tan head. The aroma is heavy caramel, pine, peat, and a little black bread. Roasted sweetness up front, with a mellow sour and bitter finish. Medium body, sticky and a little acidic. Overall, this beer has a surprisingly complex nose, but the palate is weak. Not bad, though.
