Can (6/17/20) from a trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is opaque yellow-light brown (dim light), orange juice yellow-orange (bright light) with trace sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong scallion/cooking herbs over citrus and peach. Taste is strong scallion/cooking herb (bordering on musky armpit) with much milder citrus and peach. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, strong pleasant alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, really thick meal of a mouthfeel. Strong herbal in taste and aroma for me--Galaxy just about has to be one of the hops. Enjoyable.

Pours a deep, reddish-purple, with minimal head. Aromas of sour berry. Flavor is sour berry. Has a touch of sour at the finish as well.

Pours a hazy, golden yellow, with lasting cap of mid-sized, white, foamy head. Aroma has some sharp cheese, green onion, citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is quite bitter at first, with citrus and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel in soft and full, with a bitter finish. It's not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with no sparkle, healthy finger-width pillowy creamy beige head (reminiscent of a nitro) with lots of attractive soapy lacing. Aroma is roasted malts (earthy, mild bitterness). Taste is more sweet than bitter roasted malt, hint of anise, holiday spice, chocolate and nuts (hints appreciated more as it warms) but not getting gingerbread nor figs (in brewers description). Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, smooth, creamy texture with soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong aroma and flavor that are spot on for the style with some unique hints.

On tap at the brewery. Appearance is light brown opaque with no sparkle, finger-width beige foamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong herb, also grapefruit. Taste is strong grapefruit, fruit, orange, herb. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good across the board though aroma is not that complex.
