Can shared by Stacey on 1/2/19.
Beautiful blood-to-cranberry-red with a good cloudiness but not soupiness. Pink-tinged, off-white head fades quickly to nothing.
Cinnamon in the nose comes in on the heels of juicy, incredibly well-expressed fruits, per usual for this series. Cherry leads the way with very minor cranberry accents and light raspberry. I like that they are highlighting the more round, juicy character of the cherry rather than the other, more tart/acidic fruits. The cinnamon actually works here, despite not really being subtle. Gives an earthy character that balances everything nicely while the spiciness helps cut some of the juice. Biscuit and cereal notes from wheat balance easily. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's similar to the nose with a soft, malty, supple texture and good attenuation and integration of fruits. No excessive acidity from fruit or lactic acid. No alcohol or flaw. Can't believe the cinnamon works, but it does.

32oz growler filled by Chris, on 12/30, shared by Stacey on 1/2/19.
Really cool color on this one. Heavily cloudy, though not soupy with a bright canary, mango-pineapple juice colored body and a rapidly receding, orange-flecked, off-white head.
Beautiful juice in the nose with pleasant, mild acidity and low hop character. Don't get any onion from the Mosaic, but then, I haven't got any onion from any of their IPAs. Hints of hop acidity augment the lactic character and it, as well as the fruit, are all nicely integrated with light cereal-biscuit from the wheat balancing in the background. No alcohol or flaw. Very aromatic, full and round nose.
In the mouth it's also nice and juicy with just enough acidity to keep it balanced and slightly lip-smacking but not go overboard with lactic character. Juicy tangerine, pineapple and peach-nectarine notes are all well-attenuated, as are the malts, leaving tight carbonation and soft wheat on the palate with juicy fruit notes and pleasant acidity. Highly flavorful, clean and integrated. One of the best fruited beer series out there!

Canned 12/19, shared 1/2/18.
Cloudy maize-bronze-golden. White head fades to ring.
Smells subtle and understated. Lime zest, mango, passion fruit and light British yeast adding light melon and liw bubble gum. Perfectly balanced by honey-like malts. No pine or aggressive citrus. No alcohol. This is beautiful.
Juicy, soft, silky, succulent and tightly carbonated with no pine or resin. No twang, alcohol or onion. Lime, mango, nectarine and juicy meyer lemon. Really low bitterness but still enough to balance.
