12 oz draft. Let me say that galaxy is not my favorite hop at all. Flavor has a good cracker / bread and oak background to help balance the lightly fruity, strong pine / resin like character. Mouthfeel is nice and supple. As it warmed I did get tropical fruit. Just a touch stronger in Pine/ resin that I want personally.

12 oz draft. Aroma shows me lemon rind, subtle oak, mild yeast. Flavor is a direct reflection. Oak and tartness are subtle. A bolder juicer lemon character with a floral hint that comes in the finish. Very well rounded.

12 oz draft. Aroma shows mild passion fruit, mineral and mellow brettanomyces. Flavor has the passionfruit forward with very mild acid. Citrus rind hints. Funk and tartness is low. Exceptionally well balanced. Fantastic!

Canned 4/6/26, drunk 5/1/26.
Lots of spruce-like character. Intense, peppery, acidic pineapple. Light earth, light chalk. So, basically every Galaxy IPA ever these days. Not all that round, juicy, bright. Mostly just austere and resinous. Malts seem good and fluffy, with white bread and biscuit to help soften the blow. Lingering heavy herb. No alcohol noted.
Much better than expected in the mouth, though. Not a mouthfeel of astringent, chalky, earthy spruce and hop acid. Light and fruity watermelon, passion fruit, white wine, red grapefruit and a soft, balancing malt that shows good depth but isn't too sweet. That watermelon-passionfruit flavor up front is to-die-for. Finish is rather short, per the strong drying character of the Galaxy.

Can shared by tfontana. Thank you Tom! Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma of soft lemongrass and subtle chamomile. Appealing nose. Flavor follows with lemon and orange peel nuances. Shows a soft / gentle chamomile in the finish. Soft mouthfeel with mild tea characteristics.

Can from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Hazy bright yellow, light viscosity, thin head fading quickly to ring, light lacing. Aroma is wheat, light hand soap florals, lemon. Taste is wheat, hand soapy florals/citrus. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, crisp finish. As advertised but not in love with it. OK.

Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, some grainy notes. Taste has mellifluous notes, biscuits, bread, some floral yeast. Palate has more of that same floral yeast, sits well on the nose, fairly crisp finish, more light Pilsen notes. Great.
