16 oz. can purchased at the brewery. Pours hazy golden yellow with some thin head. Aromas of tropical fruit, white grapes. Taste has a lot of juice. Pineapple, dried mango, white grapes, and maybe a bit of pine in the finish. Very low bitterness. Extremely well made. Another top notch drink from this Brewer!

16 oz. cans purchased at the brewery. Deep magenta color, light fizzy carbonation. Aroma is bold raspberry, light acid, wheat. Flavor is a ton of raspberry with a nice light, lingering, sour tart finish. I am glad most of the beer nerds no nothing about this brewery. Because this series are among some of the best Berliner Weisse’s I have ever sampled.

12 oz. draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color. Bold citrus and herbal/danky hints. The bitterness is mild but here. Hints of juice with the herbal, dank notes balancing the citrus. Was informed that this is all Citra hops. Extremely tasty!

12 oz. draft at the brewery. The base has pilsner and some sweeter malt. The yeast is bold and has bubblegum and a mild pepper character. Lots of fruity esters as well. Pretty much a normal Tripel. Crafted well.

32 oz. growler purchased at the brewery and sat in the fridge about 2 weeks. Brighter hazy, golden appearance. The Mosaic comes off bright and fruity in both aroma and flavor. Bolder fruit than you would normally find in this hop. Nice crisp texture with a dry finish. Well made. Very easy to drink.

32 oz. growler from the source. Sat in the fridge almost 2 weeks. Beautiful purple magenta color. Flavor shows a very slight tartness in a thick fruity smoothie kind of way. Huge lingering Boysenberry. Good balance of tartness and fruit. Delicious!
