As expressed by our crossroads logo, Keep all lines open and flowing is a mantra for making and serving good beer — a reflection of our commitment to sharing and exploring possibilities.
Cruz Blanca makes beers that open people up to new flavors, new ideas, and new experiences. From endlessly refreshing Mexican lagers and sunny IPAs that transport us to warmer places, to the less-travelled roads of barrel-aged and wild fermentation ales, there’s always a journey in the beer that keeps us curious about what’s next.
We’re all at the same long table, and there’s always room for one more. Let’s keep all lines open and flowing.

16oz can. Pretty nice beer. Definitely achieves some nice balance between the saison yeast and the mild sourness. Some nice bitterness up front but also fruity and tangy, pleasant medium body. Unique, well executed.

Not a Key Lime Wit..this one is a Tropical Calamansi Lager....so a lime lager. Big, different fruit tone. Clean, bright, drinkable. Sort of an odd tone overall for a beer. Whereas most lime flavored lagers are have that horrible artificial tone, this one is a little more unique, perhaps even natural. OK. Another more recent version had Guanabana, Clementine, Green Coriander. Aroma is a little off but the flavors are nice. Medium bodied, balanced, drinkable. Unique.

16oz can. Indeed some massive cantaloupe hop tone. Straight up juicy, very limited bitterness. Mango, guava, blood orange. Good.

Can from local Home Bargains store – drank at home. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium sized transient frothy white head. The aroma has grainy malts, some continental hops and traces of lemon. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy but with some bitter undertones. Flavour has corn and grains with some metallic leanings, and spicy hints. Later more hops come through leading to quite a bitter finish. This is a decent helles lager.

330ml can from Home Bargains, Aberystwyth. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a crisp, big juicy tropical citrus, light pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
