Description
Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

Appearance lightly clouded lambic with quickly disappearing head. Very fresh granny smith apple on the nose: almost like the apple flavour in sweet shop sweets. Intensely puckeringly sweet on the roof of the mouth. Just about completely covers up the lambic tartness. Kind of a pear drop taste coming through. Tasty and interesting but not quite my cup of tea.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wood and funk. Slick body, apple skin, oak, lemon, light funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

I'm not sure I know the difference between this and a lambic but who cares.

Eh. It's not the worst lindemans I've had. Just don't think that this is how lambics taste. They dont. This is sugary sweet.

It's not the worst lambic, but that means bad things for me.
