On tap at the brewpub. Nice cloudy yellow body, soft white foam on top. Semi fruit grain on the nose with hints of beef jerky. Flavour is peppery grain with lemon hints. Mouthfeel is full enough, dry finish. An adequate kind of saison yet nothing here will male me remember it.

Draught at the brewery
Dark brown colour. There is some residual sugar, hence body, but it has a very simple caramel profile, not really the depth of a Doppelbock; and the clean yeast esters, if any, are hidden by the quite strong coffee notes, that also provide a mildly earthy feeling.
Weird concept to associate coffee to a Doppelbock. Ok beer.

Hazy dark blond colour.
Uh, weird yeast, a bit spicy, a bit vegetable, wet paper, olives. The aroma is more acceptable than the flavour and finish.
Not very good.

Nice orange body with a bit of foam. Soft malt aroma but little else. Flavour is melloe malts with a bit of a sweet hint, I guess that's the honey. A surprisingly dry finish. Nice, not too sweet but the honey shows in different ways.

Nice foam and a very black body. Smells pf sweet coffee with a hint of cabbage. Flavour is soft roasted barley mixed with coffee and cream. Wet finish and that works here. This is a very nice casual drinking sweet stout.
