On tap at Ravens, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle saison yeast, with little else. Flavour is along the same lines, with light saison yeast and toasted biscuity malt. Light and easy, but a bit mineraly on the palate. Weak.

On tap at Ravens, pours a clear pale golden blonde with no head. Aroma brings out light lacto with little else. Flavour is along the same lines, with lacto, gentle salt and lime. Citric, salty and lacto-y, with little depth. Not a great gose.

Smells of soft meaty hops, almost like bacon it seems. Has good foam on top of a semi-cloudy mellow gold body. Flavour is okay coffee with sweet hop hints of golden malt. Mouthfeel is full enough. It's decent and drinkable and not too forward on the coffee.

The aroma is almost nothing, maybe some faint sweetness. Has a soft cloudy yellow body and almost no foam on top. Flavour is floral fruity notes with no accents. Mouthfeel is dry enough, good crispness. This is a decent brew if a little simple, the low alcohol doesn't detract at all.

Smells of soft barley with no complexity. Has a mellow dark black body with soft lighter beige foam on top. Flavour is grizzled sweet barley, soft coffee, plenty of oversugared chocolate. Mouthfeel is full enough. This is good and sweet but there's not much dryness to be found.

The aroma is armpitty peaches, has a good milky orange body with modest white head on top. Flavour is soft juicy hops, lots of sugar with mandarin orange notes. Mouthfeel is full enough, nice juiciness. This is good and sweet and juicy, worth trying.

The aroma is very faint sweet hops, has a mellow medium gold body with no foam. Flavour is soft crisp apply fruit notes it seems. Good fullness on the mouth, nice carbonated crispness. This is a decent gose though not salty enough.

Hazy blonde. Thin head. Kind of phenolic, like a touch of acetone, some plastics, and I also get a little coriander. Nice wit on the palate, actually, sweet pale malts, abundant coriander. Ok, there's not much coffee and that aroma is a disaster, and maybe it's a bit too sweet. But somewhere there's potential.

Can, Legacy. Hazy, dullish tan. Not much head. Has a nice fruity (pineapple, papaya) hop aroma, with just a touch of yeastiness. Fairly bitter. Nice grapefruit and pineapple hop character. Mild, sweet pale malts. Mellow yeastiness. Pretty well-balanced, I would say.

On tap at the brewery. Smells of heavy bourbon with hints of roasted barley on the back end, has just a black body and no foam. Flavour is very bourbony and sweet, it's clouding out any other aspect of the porter. Medium mouthfeel. It's not bad but the bourbon is rather heavy, needs some balancing.
