Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with small white head, tons of sediment floaties in the last 1/4 pour of the can. Initial juicy stone fruit hit, then quite pithy and messy. Quite harsh finish.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish amber with small off-white head. A bit metallic, cinnamon and a hint of ancho. Bland and boring with some spices. Meh.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a crystal clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry earthy coffee notes alongside subdued piney hops. Flavour reveals earthy coffee, resinous hops, and plenty of residual sweetness. The cohesiveness is questionable, with an odd coffee character that doesn't really meld with the hops too well. Fun experiment but this doesn't work as is.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, cloudy to murky. Strong aroma: citrus and tropical fruits. Quite dry; a touch of cream, but not too much chalk from the oats; the problem is the hopping, too vegetable, pithy, highlighting the astringency in the finish.
Hop abuse.

473mL can, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with dank hops, some oniony notes, lots of cat piss, and stone fruit pith. Flavour is full citrus zest, stone fruit pith, some resinous hops, some dankness, and a little hop burn. Rough and messy, but there's a decent hop character to this buried beneath the murk. Not bad, but needs some refinement.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, hazy. Mils aroma of piney hops, and light bread. The mouthfeel is dry, some crispy malt in the back, the hopping is piney, and bitter, it has light NE IPA elements too, like the mild fog (wheat or oats?).
Modern IPA, good, the hop is not bright though.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle rustic farmhouse notes and a hint of peach. Flavour is dry, rustic and peachy, with rustic farmhouse notes, gentle peach and biscuity malt. Nothing special but competently made I guess.

473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of candied pineapple, cantaloupe, nectarines, and soft bready malts. Flavors follow same but with bigger doughy malts. Full with light bitter resiny finish. Seems relatively fresh. Really good. Much better than expected based on the older reviews.
