375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny bubbly white head. Nose brings out light tannins, with crisp red apples, and a touch of toffee. Flavour doesn't taste anything like an ice cider, with moderately sweet red apples, a touch of skins, and light tannins. Lacking the depth of an elite ice cider. If that's what they're going for, I don't get it, because it loses the purpose of an ice cider. This is a pleasant sweet cider, but doesn't stack up as convincing of the style.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out dry champagne-like yeast, gentle apple acidity, and oak. Flavour is gently sweet, with champagne yeast, crisp apple skins, a touch of oak, and a touch of funk. Funky, effervescent and nicely musty. Excellent, especially for a BC cider.

Touch of funk and sweetness with some apple peel. Clear pale gold with no head. Sweet and nice apple peel with a balanced finish. Well made just pricey.

Bottle. Light green colour. On the nose, mostly appley. On the palate, it's fairly sweet, but with a little complexity. A nice cider, sweet and seems to have a French accent to it. Decent, but I wouldn't say the complexity or depth justifies the price.

Very pale. Sweetish, sort of buttery nose. On the palate, again buttery and the pear comes in a little bit towards the end. Not the greatest - hard to work past the diacetyl.
