Colour of orange wine. Obviously the fancy apple gives it a fancy appearance. Score one for the marketing team. Lightly tannic, but with bright, juicy fruit character. Not bad.

500ml shared with Phill @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear champagne with no head. Aroma: nice semi-dry apples, some apple skins, trhere is definitely some level of complexity here. Taste: along the same lines, more dryer than the aroma would suggest. Overall: pleasant.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear blonde gold with extremely quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is semi sweet apple skins. Taste is on the semi dry side, feint earthy funk in the background, decent.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear ros� colour with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of red apple core, some acidity, and light sweetness. Flavour is medium sweet, with red apples, apple core, and light acidity. Little depth or complexity but clean and easy. It's fine.
