On tap at The Cider House, pours a dark pinkish red with a small off-white head. Aroma is full of both gently tart blueberries and garden fresh basil, with gentle tart apple skins. Flavour is fruity and herbal, with a nice big blueberry kick and plenty of basil. Not much depth—this doesn't have the usual complexity Nomad's ciders have. It's alright.

500mL bottle, pours a clear peachy colour with a very quickly-dissipating head. Nose brings out a bit of champagne-like effervescence, some mustiness, crisp apple skins, and light-to-moderate strawberry presence. Flavour is along the same lines, with a dry apple skin character upfront, followed by gentle strawberry and a bit of champagne mustiness. Dry and gently acidic. Solid.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is fairly laid back, with gentle wine barrel presence and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is more or less the same, with crisp apple skins, light acidity, and a subtle wine barrel character. Not overly pronounced or with much depth, but it's certainly pleasant and solidly made.

Good clear gold body, modest foam. The aroma is nice wet sweet red apple, round and succulent. Flavour is a slightly dry red apple, sugariness doesn't flow through but it's nice that way. Ends up in a dry finish, soft twig notes. An enjoyable cider.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden / bronze with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of bright raspberries upfront, with Belgian yeast, dry champagne-y notes, and crisp red apples. Flavour is fairly dry, with bright raspberries, champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of wild yeast. Very dry, with the berries very prominent. Very tasty.

500mL bottle, pours a clear caramel colour with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out fresh caramel apple, toffee, and crisp red apples. Flavour is much drier than the nose suggests, with crisp red apple, some stewed apple, and a touch of toffee. Almost no residual sweetness, with an assertive carbonation. Very nice, but doesn't have the complexity of many other ciders from Nomad.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma reveals tangy apples, a little citrus, and grape must. Flavour is dry and tangy, with tart citrus, crisp apples, some gentle wild character, and a bit of vinous character on the finish. Fairly dry, with a nice gentle vinous character that lingers. Very good.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small, quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is fairly laid back, with crisp apple skins, champagne-like effervescence, and a hint of floral character. Flavour is complex, with crisp apple skins, a hint of tartness, champagne-like complexity, and a hint of floral notes. Love that champagne-y, almost vinous character to this. Very good.
