On tap at Farmhouse Festival 2018, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Nose brings out champagne yeast, with spritzy notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour is along the same line, with champagne yeast and spritzy apple skins. Crisp and funky. Nicely done.

Bottle - Apple skin and a touch of farmhouse. Clear plae gold with nice bubbles. Tart, light tannins and bit of oaky butter and crab apple. A bit thin and boring, I was hoping for so much more with this Sidra.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very light copper color with moderate bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of musty apples and wet wood. Flavors of old apples, oak and Chardonnay with a little spice. Interesting.

Light greenish yellow. Soft apple nose, but on the palate a strong whisky note. Some alcohol taste in the finish and the base cider can’t really hold up. The base isn’t bad but doesn’t go well with the conditioning.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued bourbon barrels, lightly acidic apples and some apple skins. Flavour is rather subdued, with light bourbon, apple skins and a touch of vanilla. I would like more barrrel character here. Still, pleasant.

Gold colour, which sort of surprises me. Aroma mostly of apple juice, just a flash of woodiness. Apple, dry, tart, bit woody. Mellow balancing sweetness. Not picking out any particular pinot noir influence but it’s a decent cider nonetheless. OK, you do get a nice vinous late in the finish once it warms a touch.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blanched apple juice colour with no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple acidity and a touch of vinous character. Flavour is complex, with a wonderfully dry Pinot Noir character jumping out. Bone dry mouthfeel which works perfectly. Really nice.

Pale, big apple juice, some malolactic tartness, fair bit of apple. Kinda juicy.
