We are a farm-to-glass Summerland, BC craft cidery passionate about making cider the way it was traditionally crafted; by hand with only fresh pressed apples and pears.

We are devoted to producing exceptional cider made only from local apples and pears grown by us and our dedicated farming partners in the Okanagan-Similkameen region of BC.

Our focus is to be nomadic in global cider culture by stylistically representing cider regions from around the world.

Pale, touch of haze, very tart, earthy. While there’s a lot of vinous pinot noir aroma you don’t get it on the palate. Good.

Draft - Fleshy tart Apple. Pale gold. Dry fleshy Apple with a dry finish. Not very wild, but crisp and nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lots of wild character, some barrel and a hint of sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with light barrel character, wild yeast and a hint of sweetness. Nicely balanced with a flat palate. Solid.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a clear pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, just a touch of sweetness. Flavour is dry and clean, with crisp green apples, light sweetness. Not particularly complex, but it's clean and well-made. Solid.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light sweetness, some crisp green apples. Flavour brings out green apple core, some crisp skins and light farmhouse character. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp apple skins and some core. Lightly sweet on the finish. Simple but well-made and easily drinkable.

Bottle - Bready fruity notes. Clear gold. Fruity, bready, semi sweet and light acidity. Just very well done and clean.Earlier Rating: 8/28/2016 Total Score: 3.3Bottle - Light green apple and lots of skin. Clear gold. Green apple skin, tannic and a very dry finish.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is dry fermented apples. Similar taste is low sweet. Quite dry aftertaste. Good.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear very pale golden with almost no head. Aroma is apples and some spices. Quite dry similar taste. Easy drinkable and refreshing. Good.
