500mL bottle, pours a clear pale faded pinkish colour with a tiny white head. Nose is delicate, with tannic notes, soft berry skins, and a bit of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with a beautiful champagne character, chardonnay, gentle berries, and crisp apple skins. Complex, with a nice oaky berry character. Excellent.

Faint clear yellow body with minimal foam. Musty apple on the nose, dog hair, burlap, hay, nice. Flavour is very dry apple with hints of sweetness in just the right amounts. Hay funk aftertaste, a bit of steel wool on the tongue. Works perfectly for what it is.

Pours a weak light yellow-white with no foam. Soft sweet apple on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is vinuous apple, vinegar notes, tartness. Full mouthfeel with good tannins lingering. Yet a little too simple, nothing stands out here.

Very nice rosé body with modest foam. Wet round dried grape aroma on the nose with sharp apple behind it. Flavour is sharp apple with just a bit of dried berry to round it out. No cloying sugar bomb but a great meld of apple and berry. Tart finish, good tannins linger. Very nice.

Light white body with modest foam, lots of bourbon and sweet maple on the nose accented by the apple cider. Flavour is very bourbon forward but the maple and acidic sweet apple helps mellow it out. Dry finish, bourbon aftertaste. Delivers as advertised and is reasonably well balanced.

Has a nice deep copper body with soft orange tints. The aroma is soft sweet apple, deep and subtle, slightly round with tawny port character. Dates and plums come through with vague wood notes. Flavour is tart apple, rich and sweet. Finish is more tartness, rather acidic. I'd prefer something more sweet and rich, this feels a bit thin for what it is, but is still very nice.

Has very modest foam on a clear light yellow body, the aroma is soft musty dry pear of no complexity. Flavour is bitter dry pear, no sweetness, and pear character is subdued. Mouthfeel is full and I do like the dryness though. Some nice elements but the pear needs to come forward more.

Has a really nice clear deep copper body with okay foam. Soft mustiness on the nose, mellow apple notes, nothing too sweet, notes of tartness. Flavour is heavy pinot noir, accenting the tart apple cider very well. Full mouthfeel and good tannins linger on the tongue. Really nice, well balanced.

Pours medium gold with strong carbonation, modest foam that disappears quick. Has a sweet earthy apple aroma with soft toffee notes. Flavour is mellow but sweet apple, hints of tannins. Full dry mouthfeel. Simple but well made, good casual sipping. 750ml bottle listed at 4.5% abv.

Okay foam on a light clear gold body, large carbonation bubbles which are rather intense. Strong weedy apple on the nose, reasonably good sweetness, vague vanilla and twig. Flavour is sharp and vinuous, champagne notes, dry apple. Full mouthfeel. Quite nice, refined, moderately complex.
