Pours a very light gold and no foam, modest carbonation. The aroma is clean apple with tannins. Flavour is crisp apple with some earthiness, apple taking charge here but also helped by the flavouring. Nice crisp finish, good acidity. Very drinkable.

Nice rosé body with minimal foam and heavy carbonation, well balanced mix of cider and berry on the nose. Flavour is tart berry and okay apple, slightly dry, well melded here. Crisp finish. Decent mix, very drinkable.

Very modest foam on a clear light yellow body with small carbonation bubbles, it smells like soft vanilla, twig, and green unvarnished apple skin. Flavour is mellow twig, heavy tannins on green apple skin. Full mouthfeel. Sweetness is on the back end. Salesforce tasting, bottle
Pale blond colour. Lemony aroma with fermented apples, nice. Moderate acidity, it has a quite good cider flavour with a bit of lemon and astringency.

Golden, bright. Lots of apple notes, with a fair bit of tannins, Tannic and appley character. Good body. Nice balance to this, with a good complexity for a regular drinking cider.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden, no head. Aroma brings out rustic apples and gentle tannins. Flavour is bone dry, with rustic apple skins, light oak, and tannins. Dry and relatively complex for what it is. Good stuff.

Soft and bready with a touch of red fruit. Clearish orange with a small white head. Light red fruit, bready and some apple skin. Interesting.

Green apple peel, grassy and a light herbal note. Clearish gold with a small head. Bright and a touch of acidity and apple skin, with some herbal perfumy notes.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma reveals moderately sweet pears, moderate acidity, and gentle pear skins. Flavour is semi-dry, with lots of pear skins, a little champagne character and low acidity. Pleasant and clean, but nothing special.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out vinous notes, white oak, and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is bone dry, with champagne-like must, white oak, wild yeast, and high carbonation. Bone dry and vinous. It's solid.
