Growler - Candied red berry and red apple. Cloudy bright pink red with a small white head. Red skins, light tannins, good acidity and a nice candied berry note.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear colour with a slight peachy pink hue, no head. Nose brings out light red wine must and a little oak. Flavour is lightly acidic, with red wine must and a touch of oak. Not much depth, but it's pleasant enough.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear pale pink, no head. Aroma brings out light red grape skins and a touch of funk. Flavour is quite peppery, with red wine grape skins, and some vinous notes. There's something not quite dialed in right here. It's alright.

Light gold. Just a light appley, tannic aroma. On the palate, quite dry, lightly tannic. I would want a bit more funk in this type of cider, but I really like that it's dry and tannic, but with a hint of sweetness and fruit, and no off-flavours at all.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale faded blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk, with lots of green apple skins, and champagne effervescence. Flavour follows along the same lines, with champagne effervescence, green apple skins, and funk. Bone dry, with lots of apple skin and champagne character. Really nice.

500ml bottle at Erik's. Appearence: clear blonde Aroma: dry apples, a bit spicy Taste: pretty similar, but it's a bone dry Overall: too dry for me, but it's probably good for what it is

Golden colour. Lots of apple on the nose, Sweet up front, with a character of eating apple. Not a lot of development here, and certainly not rich enough with the sugars.

Corked bottle from Firefly, Vancouver
Blond colour. Some apple juice, but the aroma is very mild and with no complexity. Very sweet, with moderate acidity and astringency, some apple juice, linear, no complexity.
For what it is, grossly overpriced. Simple sweet Cider.
