A pour at I hope not a super spreader event Weathered. Appearance: nice clear rose with no head. Aroma: sweet, some berries and flowers. Taste: along the same lines, a bit artificial. Overall: pleasant enough, especially as a palate cleanser.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is simple, with medium sweetness, crisp apple skins, and some apple juice. Flavour is medium sweet; it's pretty simple, with a little toffee and light crispness. Very simple, with little no depth, no funk or any real interesting qualities. Drinkable and clean, but bland and uninteresting, as so most of Nomad ciders are these days.

500mL bottle, pours a clear darkish red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out a lot of red berries, gentle acidity and a hint of red apple skins. Flavour is moderately sweet, with lots of red berry and gentle acidity. Nice use of the haskap; not the most interesting or complex cider, but it's solid.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp red apples, some stewed toffee apple and a hint of dry caramel. Flavour is very dry, with crisp red apple skins, a hint of toffee, and light apple core. Crisp, dry red apple skins dominate, leaving a nice overall expression of the apples. Simple and lacking depth but well-made.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle funk, crisp apple acidity, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bright and crisp, lots of crisp apple skins, low-level funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Crisp, above average carbonation, not a whole lot of complexity, but it's tasty. Good.

Well, I don't understand the concept at all. A Belgian Red isn't monastic or aged in bourbon. I was thinking Belgian Rouge was a cider apple, but apparently not. Still, it's got an absolutely gorgeous colour, a deep clean burgundy that absolutely shines in the sunlight. The aroma has a big fat sweetness, clearly bringing bourbon out into the apples in a very happy way. It's got a sweet-tart character, the tartness of the cider being rounded out by the sweetness of the barrels. That's a good balance here. The cider definitely has the complexity I associate with Nomad, too. This is good stuff.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out champagne-style effervescence, gentle funky, and plenty of fairly dry green apple. Flavour is crisp, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, gentle wild yeast, and crisp green apples. On the dry side, with a great champagne fragrance. Carbonation is above average which is very fitting.

Almost a bit of pinkish hue to the gold. The aroma is quite spicy like cinnamon/nutmeg. It's got a full body and a fair bit of sweetness as well. I'd say that it lacks the complexity I was hoping for, so sticks at pretty good.
