Poured from the tap. Clear light gold no head. Very nice apple aroma with mild sweetness. Taste doesn’t quite live up to the aroma with simple green apple and light dryness.

500mL bottle, pours clear ruby red with rapidly dissipating white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of raspberry, floral and botanical-like notes, with a sort of syrupy character. Flavour is potent on the raspberries, with only a little residual sweetness. There's a bit of floral character, but this is mostly monolithic raspberries. Simple but pleasant.

Strong jalapeno aroma, some soft pineapple, foggy light straw body. flavour is big jalapeño, vegetable, soft pineapple sweetness to help round it out. Mouthfeel is a little tepid. It's okay but certainly would be an acquired taste.

Strong basil on the nose, some mellow blueberry, has a good deep red body. Flavour is a nice meld, basil pulls back and works well with the berry. Mouthfeel is full with good carbonation. This is very nice, could have gone sideways but they end up working well together.

Pours a very pale pink body, little foam. Buttery apple on the nose, nothing else. Flavour is a sharp and bitter apple, soft grape notes, tannins linger. Full mouthfeel, nice dry finish. Some nice elements but still kind of a mixed bag.

Pours with very good foam on a deep rosé body, mellow but visible carbonation. Excellent honest raspberry on the nose, soft apple hints, coming across sharp yet fresh. Very nice balanced raspberry and apple, neither overpowering the other; a crisp finish, lingering sweetness, still dry. I'm really having fun with this one.

Nice pale pink body, minimal foam, faint unsweetened strawberry on the nose; like real strawberry, seems natural at least. Flavour is a good meld of natural strawberry and apple, well balanced acidity, smooth and honest. Nice to be sure.

Really nice light gold colour, barely any foam, good stormy carbonation. Muddy apple skins on the nose with only vague peach. Flavour is more muddy apple, vague peach, all unsweetened. Pretty rustic and in the wrong way; neither element seems to jive well with the other and the flavours don't stand out.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a cloudy dull blonde, no head. Aroma is full of jalapeo pepper, doesn't burn the nostrils or anything though. Flavour marries the pineapple with jalapeo flavour and only a bit of chili spiciness. Tangy and a little sweet, with little complexity. It's a fun cider but there's really nothing to this. Alright.
