Crowler: Poured a bright amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light resinous hops presence is quite enticing. Taste is also a good mix of caramelized malt with well-balanced residual sugar level with some resinous hops with light toffee flavours also apparent. Body si about average with good carbonation with no alcohol apparent. Nice level of complexity while retaining some good drinkability.

Crowler: Poured a cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with some retention and lacing. Aroma of hoppy floral undertones with some citrusy notes, light tropical fruit with some dry hoppy notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of floral hoppy notes with some citrusy notes, tropical fruits with some light herbal notes with some malt presence. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very enjoyable beer with good drinkability and good complexity. High drinkability with good complexity but I would classify this beer as an IPA more than a saison due to the dominant role of hops.

Bouteille 500 ml?? Très citronnée au nez. Le gros zeste de citron avec des accents de conifères intenses. Trop citronnée peut-être? C'est comme du Pledge au citron. De couleur paille avec une mousse très effervescente qui disparaît rapidement. En bouche, c'est encore une fois extrêmement citronné. Trop même. On manque totalement la complexité gustative des goses traditionnelles. Manque de finesse. Légèrement salée avec un soupçon de coriandre et d'herbes fraiches. Un bémol sur ce produit. Les autres de cette brasserie sont beaucoup plus intéressants.

Aroma of residual sugar notes, vanilla and nice floral citrusy notes with nice tropical fruit undertones. Taste is also a nice mix of citrusy and tropical fruits undertones with nice floral notes, some residual sugar and some vanilla are also noticeable. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but some more balance would have improved this beer.

Crowler: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry roasted malt notes with some bitter chocolate notes is pretty enjoyable. Taste is also a solid mix of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes, some light bitter notes with a light coffee finish. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Solid interpretation of the style.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color gose with a small white foamy head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma of tart notes with strong lemony notes. Taste is also dominated by tart notes with some emphasis on citrusy and lemony notes. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Enjoyable with nice touch by using Buddha hands in the recipe.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity flavour with sweet malt is enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of fruity flavours with some sweet malt with light cereal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very well brewed with good drinkability.

En fut à la brasserie le 1er décembre. De couleur dorée / orangée avec une petite mousse qui tient moyennement mais qui laisse pourtant une belle dentelle sur le verre. Au nez, ça ressemble à de la levure saison avec les notes traditionnelles Belges de clou de girofle et de banane. En bouche, une légère acidité lactique avec les épices en évidence et une impression de saison. Le tout enveloppé d'une chaleur d'alcool avec un houblonnage tropical aux notes de mangue. Effervescence douce. Ale belge à saveur saison et au houblonnage plutôt américain. Délicieuse.
