A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light resinous notes, nice and juicy. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, kiwi, beautiful. On tap at brewery.

Guest tap at Les Brasseurs du Temps, April 2017. Pours a hazy golden colour with a creamy off-white head, good retention and beautiful lacing. Sour nose (infected??) but gets nicer when swirled. Banana notes with light Belgian Ale yeast. Banana and mild bubble gum flavours with some nice bitterness and grassy finish. The mouthfeel is lightly dry. Pretty good overall, like a wheat Belgian strong ale.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, light cloves, banana esters, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, curacao, very nice and classic. On tap at L’autre oeil.

A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, light treacle, resinous hops, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light treacle, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at L’autre Oeil.
