Dark brown, thin head. Mostly toasty, chocolatey on the nose. Cocoa taste, some toast. Full body but yeasty, not super clean. Don’t really get the mandarina but I wasn’t sure where that would fit in anyway.

Quite pale and slightly hazy. A little berryish fruitiness. Low bitterness, a touch of esters, slightly husky malts, touch of tartness...it’s made with kveik and that’s providing a lot od the character.

Pale gold, bright. Thin head. Lots of citra on the nose with some allium mosaic, too. On the palate, same. Very litterbox. Lots of pale malt. Lightish bitterness - I’d prefer more but all told nice balance.

Bright, pale gold. Thin head. A little green apple up front, along some grainy pale malts. Quite sweet, too much so, and the malts are a bit sticky as a result. So not the best balance.

On tap at Slow Hand, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurty lacto upfront, with light dry hopping. Flavour follows in a similar fashion, with loads of yogurty lacto and abrasive citrus dry hopping. Lacking complexity and cohesion. Not what I want in a dry hopped kettle sour.

On tap at Slow Hand, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out moderate roasted malt upfront, with a hint of espresso and gentle hoppiness. Flavour is dry and roasty, with medium strength roasted malt, a little espresso, and a pretty powerful hop punch. Balanced well, with ample force - more than the usual schwarzbier. Very good.

On tap at Slow Hand, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma reveals piney hops upfront, with leafy bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with lots of piney hop goodness, highlighting the pine more than the hops, with a dry biscuity backbone. That pine is really very nice. Good stuff.

On tap at Slow Hand, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp toasted grains and a little herbal character. Flavour Is along the same lines, with lots of herbal notes, some grass and toasted grains. A little too herbal, but pleasant enough.

Very weak citrus on the nose, has soft cloudy yellow body and minimal foam. Flavour is mellow sourness with soft citrus. Mouthfeel is full anyway. This is still very tepid, these guys really need to up their game.

Soft barley on the nose, has muddy brown body with little foam. Flavour is weak sweet barley and nothing else. Mouthfeel is kind of watery. This is very substandard, they can do better than this.
