Murky berry red colour. The berry is quite prominent, it's not the most effective berry for brewing, but it works; the mouthfeel is soft, mildly sour, with strong yogurt notes, the aroma too is a bit sour, fruity and cheesy.
The result is a drinkable beer with minor fermentation flaws.

Cloudy orange colour. Mild citrusy aroma. Some residual sweetness, low carbonation, lime accent, no strawberries; the fruit adds a vegetable bitterness note that is not very pleasant.
Messy unbeery beer.

Cloudy pale blond colour. The aroma is too mild, the mouthfeel is weak and very dry, some wheat and wet paper flavour, at least in the finish some dankness, some manure.
Ok beer.

Hazy and light amber with a thin head. The aroma is a bit weedy, which I don't think I was expecting. On the palate, though, this tastes like cruise ship sour mix - harsh and dominated by citric acid without context. Just really unbalanced.

Hazy and quite pale. Light body. Fairly grapefruity hop character, but the malts aren't great, though. I would say underextracted and hollow. Mid-level bitterness. Definitely needs a little more sweetness.

Cloudy blond colour. Crisp and delicate malt base, mild citrusy hop, balanced but very timid.
I have to give to it that it's clean, lean and dry.

Cloudy blond colour. Not overly sweet, but the pineapple dominates, barely and ineffectively balanced by some citrus, so there's not much beer left to talk about.
Apart from that, the drink is not offensive, the concept maybe is.

On tap at Electric Bicycle, pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma reveals tons of sarsaparilla, with plenty of sweet licorice. Flavour is sweet and herbal in a strangely acceptable way, with lots of sarsaparilla, sweet licorice and herbal notes. I don't get the lactose but I suppose it's responsible for the sweetness. Fun but not what I want to drink.

On tap at Electric Bicycle, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued beets, with lots of mineraly character. Flavour is along the same lines, with more pronounced beet character upfront, and a toasted, grainy malt character. Not the greatest, but it's drinkable.

On tap at Electric Bicycle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out expressive pineapple juice upfront, with plenty of pith. Flavour is loaded with pineapple juice, which ends up tasting somewhat faded and subdued. It's drinkable and somewhat juicy. Okay.
