On tap at Beer Junction. Pale light golden. Tons of mousse foam head. Love the funky front to this. Subtle hops underneath a slightly sour and juicy funk. Easy drinking. Refreshing brew.

14 oz draft. Flavor is floral upfront with a mild lingering funky Brett in the background. Also has a mild bitterness. Exceptionally well balanced.

Called a pilsner on the list but definitely not. Cloudy body with white head. Faint aroma. Faint taste a bit of hop and some sourness. No finish

Addition of apple presses is game changing. Absolutely gorgeous color and delish nose. Jammy but rounded out by the apples so it doesn't end up too acidic or tart. The sweetness is balanced really nicely. Update! The apple fades oddly at room temp?

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a cloudy pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty red wine grapes, oak, and rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is dry and tannic, with oak, vinous notes, red wine grapes and gentle bugs. Dry, tannic, and vinous finish. Nicely made.
