Capped 500 from Tavour. Pours slightly translucent gold with a smallish white head. Aroma of lemon, melon and mild funk. Med body. Flavor is lemon, melon and mild, pleasant funk. Dry. Moderately bitter. Exquisite.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A hazed plum red coloured pour with a lasting off white pink head. Aroma is nice big funky sour, lacto brett, grape skins, some plum jam, horsey funk, yogurt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, Victoria plum, jammy raspberry, vinous fruit, funk, spicy. Prickly. Palate is tart prickly, sour, highish carbonation. Really nice.

--Canned, from Glasbanken. -- Clear burgundy colour, small pink head. Distinct aroma of marzipan and cherries. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Tart with loads of cherries. Reminiscent of cheap commercial krieks, like Mort Subite. Sour cherry overkill.
