500ml from ES @ home shared with wife. Appearance: deep golden with a nice white head. Aroma: nice American Saison fruity notes with barrel character. Taste: crispy, nice barrel character, fruity with grapes notes and other layers. Low to moderate acidic. Overall: a bit more acidic than I like, but it is quite nice and complex beer.

Pink and hazy, bubbly head. Lactic, big cheery, some brett, tasty. I could drink a lot of this.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a bright amber red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of cherry tartness and woody notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of tart cherries, woodiness, and a little wild yeast. Lots of intense cherries. Excellent.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out earthy yeast, some dirty notes, and a hint of coffee. Flavour is pretty dirty, with lots of earthy notes, a hint of day old coffee, and some yeast. Earthy and dirty as fuck. Meh.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out balsamic, tart red fruits, and some wood. Flavour is full of tart red fruits, earthy coffee, and woody barrel character. Nice blend of coffee, balsamic, and woodiness. Very good.
